Alumni Association

"As an alumni committee member, I got to help organize a supply drive for farmworkers on the Gulf Coast who were affected by Hurricane Katrina. It was a rewarding experience and a great way to stay involved."   Andy Smith, intern 98'

The Alumni Association is designed to keep students who have participated in SAF's internship or fellowship programs (Alumni) involved in farmworker justice, keep them in touch with each other, and keep alumni involved with supporting SAF. There are over 475 SAF alumni nation-wide. The Alumni Advisory Committee is a local group of SAF alumni that meets to create a successful Alumni Association. The committee developed SAF Solidarity Days, created the Alumni webpage, and advised on other ways SAF can support alumni and keep them engaged in our work.
